Phase One Completion Scan
This 3D model was captured just after completion of phase one restoration in August of 2021. There is a virtual tour linked to some of the annotations as well as a photo gallery of work performed during phase one.
Construction Phase Tour
This tour was captured midway through phase one of restoration. The main objective of this phase of work was to stabilize the building, return it to its original 1800s design and weather proofing. You can see scaffolding holding the structure up as main beams are pulled for replacement as well as the full removal of the 1950s dormer on the second floor.
